Availability
Tucker’s Exotics products are sustainably sourced For more information on our sustainability policy please click on the link in the footer of this page. We undertake to ensure that you always receive the freshest and finest quality product as quickly as possible. If for any reason we can’t supply you without reasonable delay, then we will contact you immediately to let you know.

Payment
Our credit card transactions are handled securely by SagePay, which is our preferred secure online payment method. Simply place your order and follow the payment instructions, completing all the required fields.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed and your payment accepted, you will receive an email receipt. Your order and delivery will then be completed and dispatched using the method requested.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
Once an order has been placed and payment taken, we cannot accept cancellations (as per UK distance sales regulations). However, although there is no statutory right to cancel, should something unexpected happen, we will try to help. In the first instance please contact us directly, explaining the circumstances.

Returns: Tucker’s Exotic Meats wants you to be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you find our product or service falls below your expectations, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to rectify the situation and put matters right as quickly as possible.

Damaged goods: We pack our meats by hand, taking great care to ensure that you get the best product possible. However, if your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it as quickly as possible. 
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us, detailing the reasons. 
If you return an item to us due to damage in transit, any mistake on our part, or because you are unhappy with the product quality, then we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item in addition to a full refund. If we decide that the item should be returned to us for further investigation, then we’ll refund all costs, including any delivery charge incurred by you in making the return. For your protection, we ask that you use Recorded Delivery. We may decide to collect the item from you via courier at no charge to yourself.
 However, if you return an item for any reason, other than those listed, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We can arrange for collection if you’re unable to return the item yourself, but this cost will be more expensive and charged to you.

Dietary requirements
None of our products are suitable for vegetarians.
